Here at FloridaEssay, we focus solely on providing individualized academic assistance. For this reason, we are always ready to revise your order to ensure that it better serves your unique needs. You have an opportunity to request three free revisions to make the order consistent with your expectations. To take advantage of the opportunity, you should follow the instructions below:
- Instructions: Your revision instructions shouldn’t contradict initial order instructions. Otherwise, your revision request will be denied.
- Submission: You are encouraged to carefully review each order in the preview mode. To request a revision after previewing a paper, use the Send for revision button in your control panel. If, for some reason, you cannot preview the order, contact our Customer Support Representatives and ask for assistance. If you’ve realized that there is a need for revision after approving an order, you can request it by reaching our Customer Support Representatives. Don’t forget to specify an expected deadline. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your revision request not being considered.
- Deadline: You can ask for document modifications any time before clicking on the Approve button. After an order is approved, you will have 7 days to issue your revision request. For orders that exceed 20 pages, the deadline is 14 days. An order is considered as delivered on time if its first version has been sent before a deadline.
- Number of revisions: We guarantee you three on-demand revisions free of charge. However, to request a revision, you should follow the instructions listed above. Take note that you are free to provide us with as many directions to modify your paper as necessary within each revision request.
If you don’t comply with these requirements for free revisions or need more than three revisions, then a new order must be placed. The order should clearly detail requested modifications and other expectations for the text material.
Take note that you can approve a revised paper within a 14-days period. The time is counted after the latest version of a paper has been downloaded to your personal control panel. After the specified period ends, a revised document is approved automatically.
